From the first planning meeting to finalizing the last punch list item, I’m involved every step of the way, and completely accountable to our clients and our management team."

Rik is responsible for the safety and quality issues that are the key to the success of each project. From overseeing onsite safety conditions and OSHA compliance, to documenting and resolving warranty issues, scheduling our field workers and maintaining our fleet, tools and equipment, Rik works closely with our clients. He earns their confidence through his laser-like focus upon every detail of the construction process and the highly successful completion of their projects.
