Warranty Information: Warranty does not cover repairs due to misuse or improper maintenance. In the event Davie Construction Company responds to a request and determines this is not a warranty issue, Owner will be subject to charges for, but not limited to, $.50/ mile travel and $65/hour, (including travel time), or $150 Service Charge, whichever is greater. If specialty sub-contractors are involved, they will be reimbursed according to their rates directly by the Owner. Any extended warranties, as described in the warranty handbook (ex: Roofing materials), requires the Owner to contact the specific warranty company directly.
