Mike Beck

A construction industry veteran with experience in all facets of the industry, Mike’s background as Tax Real Property Manager certified as a Real Property Appraiser with Davie County brings extensive specialized estimator skills to his project engineer position.

Mike served on the Davie County Board of Adjustments for three terms. Prior to his high-level position with the County, he worked in sales for Builders First Source and Smith Millwork after serving as General Manager for Mocksville Builders Supply for 12 years.

As an estimator, Mike is intimately involved in every project from start to finish. He works closely with our clients and our preconstruction team to develop comprehensive budgets that accurately reflect the costs entailed with each job. When supply chain or other issues arise that may impact plans, he finds solutions that always put our clients’ best interests first. Throughout the project, he explores opportunities for maintaining the highest quality workmanship while leveraging any changes in labor or materials costs that may positively impact the bottom line.
