Kim Givens

Kim is responsible for developing and overseeing projects from planning through completion. She works with the onsite team to maintain consistent and clear communications with our clients, focusing on their complete satisfaction throughout the process. She monitors the budget and schedule of each project and keeps the team and client apprised of any potential challenges.

Kim joined Davie Construction Co. in 2020, bringing a degree in Business Administration and more than 25 years’ experience in our industry.

When she isn’t working, Kim enjoys spoiling her four beautiful granddaughters, hiking and visiting waterfalls in the mountains, and spending time on the beaches of the Outer Banks. She also has has a new-found interest in painting on canvas.
