As a Pre-Construction Coordinator, Caitlynn supports her team by implementing preliminary planning and coordinating project resources, managing milestones, and communicating with contractors and project managers. She interprets specifications and plans to help define the project’s scope of work, ensuring everything is in place for a successful start.

Caitlynn and her husband Scott have a daughter and two sons, two dogs, and a cat. Her hobbies include kayaking, enjoying the outdoors with her family, painting, and playing guitar with her husband, cherishing the moments they create together.
