Cade Carney

Cade has been involved in Davie Construction Co. his whole life, working during school vacations and summers, consistently building upon his knowledge and skills. His passion for the industry has propelled his career from construction laborer to field coordinator, project engineer, and to his current position as project manager. Cade honed his leadership capabilities during his tenure as Team Caption of the Wake Forest University Football team.

Cade’s project management experience includes completing several multifamily residential communities in Tennessee. These affordable housing projects involved the highest level of communication and the flawless coordination of a team of subcontractors to ensure the client’s complete satisfaction throughout the project. Under Cade’s leadership, the project achieved high praise from the client and established an ongoing business relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

When he isn’t working, Cade enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, fishing, and boating on Lake Norman, running, and playing sports with friends. He is happy to live in Davie County with Winston-Salem nearby and enjoys his wife’s cooking.
