"In my position, I work with the client on the front end of the project, which very much like the foundation of a building, lays the groundwork for the strength and success of the final project. We share their vision for the project and carefully work through each step of the process. In a design build situation, our client focuses on their everyday business while we partner with the architect, engineers, and permit officials. We complete all preconstruction activities, keeping our clients informed, and confident that we’re on schedule and budget-conscious as we bring their dreams to reality."

Brad has been a key member of the Davie Construction Co. management team for over a decade, building upon his experience and increasing his responsibilities throughout the years. Starting as assistant project manager, he was quickly promoted to project manager, where his role expanded to overseeing the company’s major renovation and new construction projects. By consistently exceeding the expectations of his clients, Brad is a key contributor to the success of our company, and his most recent promotion to Vice President of Preconstruction Services honors his high level of professional integrity and industry experience.
