Teresa plays an integral role in supporting her project mangers and superintendents by establishing and maintaining open communication channels to ensure the timely and thorough flow of information crucial to keeping the job on time and on budget. From the very start of a project, her responsibilities include routing pertinent information, including subcontracts/purchase orders and trade submittals for approval to closeout books and as built plans submitted to the owner upon completion.
